Privacy Review

What is a Privacy Review?

A Privacy Review is a detailed, deep dive into the current situation of an enterprise. What personal information (PI) is collected, used, stored, shared and deleted? What are the current data management practices, including how does each department collect, use and protect personal information.

We then compare those practices to the law we intend to comply with, creating a gap report with clear, prioritized recommendations.

The implementation of any compliant Privacy Management Program starts with a detailed PRIVACY REVIEW

1

List of Data Holdings

We start with understanding the categories of personal information your enterprise collects, uses, stores, shares and deletes.
2

Explore Current Practices

We seek to understand how you currently operate (use the data). What are the current data management practices?
3

Produce a Gap Report

We compare your current practices against the obligations of the regulations you are looking to comply with and identify the gaps.
4

Develop a Project List

Compliance is a continuous process so there will always be a Privacy Project List, prioritized and ready to be worked on in order to close the gaps.
